Welcome to InternetCanvas. By creating an account, using the canvas, purchasing credits, or interacting with the site, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Accounts

You may need an account to claim pixels, buy credits, shield pixels, donate credits, and access account features. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens on your account.

You agree not to impersonate others, use misleading usernames, abuse the service, attempt to access another user’s account, or interfere with the site’s systems.

Credits and Purchases

InternetCanvas uses credits for actions such as claiming pixels, overwriting pixels, shielding pixels, donating to pixels, and other paid or premium features. Credits may be purchased through Stripe Checkout.

Credits are digital site currency for use only on InternetCanvas. Credits are not cash, have no real-world monetary value outside of InternetCanvas, and cannot be transferred, sold, withdrawn, or exchanged for money.

Credit packages, prices, bonuses, and features may change over time. If a payment succeeds, credits are normally added automatically, but processing may take a short time.

Refund Policy

Because credits are digital items that can be used immediately, purchases are generally final once credits are delivered or used. Refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case for duplicate charges, payment errors, or other issues.

If a refund is issued, InternetCanvas may remove the related credits or reverse related account activity when possible.

Canvas Activity

The canvas is shared. Other users may overwrite unprotected pixels, donate to pixels, or compete on leaderboards. Pixel ownership, pixel value, protection status, donations, and leaderboard rankings can change as users interact with the site.

You should not place content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, harassing, invasive of privacy, spammy, or otherwise harmful. InternetCanvas may remove pixels or content at its discretion.

Moderation and Bans

InternetCanvas may moderate accounts, pixels, usernames, transactions, or activity to protect the site and its users. Moderation actions may include removing pixel ownership, removing or changing content, restricting features, banning accounts, or other actions we believe are necessary.

If an account is banned, its pixels may be removed and returned to an unclaimed state. Credits may remain on the account unless further action is required for safety, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or abuse.

Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. InternetCanvas does not directly store full payment card numbers. Your payment may also be subject to Stripe’s terms, privacy policy, fraud checks, and payment processing rules.

Availability and Changes

InternetCanvas is provided as-is. The site may experience bugs, downtime, maintenance, data delays, or feature changes. We may update, limit, pause, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, InternetCanvas is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of credits caused by misuse of your account, user disputes, downtime, or changes to site features.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of InternetCanvas after changes means you accept the updated terms.
